The Fishing Channel: Mark Pollard Bream on the River Yare, Norfolk

Mark 'Polly' Pollard grew up fishing on rivers and canals. Even with the proliferation of commercial fisheries, nothing excites him more than fishing a good river and filling his boots/Keepnet. He rates the River Yare as the best river in England for fishing. You might agree with him after you watch him catch bream on the feeder that are the size of dustbin lids.

The Fishing Channel: Steve Souter Giant Skate Fishing

According to Steve, Davy is the best skate angler in the UK and Ronnie is the best charter boat skipper around so how can he go wrong? The answer is he can't and they don't. Terry Hearn: Carp Fishing

Terry Hearn is quite possibly the most famous carp angler in the UK. Fishing the estate lake at Eynsham Hall in Oxford he shows just why he appears to catch more carp than anyone else....providing he can get past the tench. After a couple of tinca's took his bait, right at the death a lovely 20lb+ mirror carp came along to appear in front of the cameras.

Nigel Botherway: Ice Fishing in Quebec, Canada

It gets cold in Canada during winter. Rivers and lakes freeze over but that doesn't stop the locals going fishing. Nigel Botherway tries his hand for the first time at ice fishing and at a lake in Quebec he has a fun time learning new skills in catching trout. First with small ones then later on he finishes his trip with a nice beauty. It's cold but great fun and hardly a fishing rod in sight.
